The staff at LYC Corporate Training & Consulting have over 90 years collectively of corporate experience and hold 3 Doctorates (PhDs) and 5 Masters Degrees in various disciplines such as leadership development, business management, strategic planning, sales, international / cross-cultural relations, project management, engineering (various), customer service, education, behavioural science, psychology, sociology, circadian biology, chronobiology.

Executive Coaching

The length of our coaching varies and depends largely on your goals and desired results.  Most senior executives retain a coach for 12 - 18 months. This duration allows ample time for the necessary phases of executive coaching to take place and the desired results to manifest. Our coaching is confidential, convenient, results-oriented, motivational and cost-effective.
